The internet has informed me that Sunday, July 17th is National Ice Cream Day. I love ice cream almost more than any other food on this planet, and I will be celebrating. Though I regret that we do not have many locally made, owned, and operated ice cream shop(pes) in C-U, we have a handful of good options. Many of you love Jarling’s (they’re out of cold fudge for the foreseeable future, so plan accordingly). I love El Oasis. I love ice cream sandwiched between doughnuts. Ice cream in a milkshake? Yes, please.
