Smith Burger Co. and Baldarotta’s are joining up this Sunday, July 25th for a (s)mash up at Riggs. From noon to 2 p.m., bring your cash to Riggs for the following:
The Etta Smith Burger – Double Smash Burger topped with Porketta, provolone, banana peppers, and salsa verde mayo. Served on a toasted brioche bun.
Italian Stallion – Double Smash Burger topped with Hot Sicilian Sausage smothered in house marinara, topped with provolone and hot giardiniera. Served on a toasted brioche bun.
Lady Della – Double Smash Burger topped with Pistachio Mortadella, Burrata, Fontina, Basil-Pistachio Pesto and dusted with crushed pistachios. Served on a toasted brioche bun.
There are limited quantities, so get there early to get yours. Please also note there are no substitutions or modifications, and it’s cash only. Additional information is available on the Facebook event page.
