See Black on Black on Black on Black before it closes December 10th

If you haven’t seen Black on Black on Black on Black at Krannert Art Museum yet, an exhibition featuring the work of Patrick Earl Hammie, Stacey Robinson, Blair Ebony Smith, and Nekita Thomas, you need to get busy and schedule your visit before it closes on December 10th.

As I said in my recent review, this group installation has set a new bar for public engagement and its impact will likely be felt for years to come. Not only have the four co-curators each created deeply personal multi-sensory installations that express what Black spaces look and feel like for them; but, they set the stage for the entire community to join them in imagining the future of Black spaces, particularly those that emerge within largely white institutions.

Now you don’t want to miss out on that, do you?
