Ramona Sullivan has won the democratic primary race for Circuit Judge in Champaign County after it was too close to call back on March 18th. The closest contender was Ruth Wyman, who conceeded the race to Sullivan just a few days ago. Sullivan will run against Cheralyn Kesler of Savoy in November in the general election.
