Last Tuesday, I went to The Land Connection’s Tuesday Farmers’ Market in the parking lot of Busey Bank at the corner of Neil and University. The parking was free and easy to find. When I walked up to the entrance, there was a staff person offering hand sanitizer in a spray bottle, so we could keep our distance and patrons who entered could enter with clean hands. All vendors, shoppers, and staff that I saw were wearing masks.

There was one entrance, and the market was a one-way, U-shaped shopping experience. Vendors were spaced more than six feet apart. Patrons were politely giving other shoppers six feet or more distance when waiting. Produce could not be touched until payment (via card, not cash) was made.
This market runs very Tuesday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. until October 27th.
