Behold: Watson’s unveils their new food truck

Six years after opening its doors on Neil Street in Downtown Champaign, Watson’s Shack and Rail is now more than just a brick and mortar.

The restaurant has unveiled its new food truck, which you can check out more photos of below, lit up in all its glory.

You’re probably wondering where you can find this beast and when it hits the streets. You’ll have to hang tight on that, as the restaurant will be announcing more details about where the truck will be, when it will make its debut, and more per their statement:

To celebrate our 6 year anniversary we bought ourselves a new truck!

We just want to thank everyone who has supported us over these 6 wild years and made this journey possible.

2022 will be the year of Watson’s Chicken and to start it off we want to announce the addition of our new food truck. Stay tuned for more details on the truck and other big announcements for Watson’s Family.
