519 E Green Street in Campustown is getting a makeover thanks to developer R2 Companies’ Boneyard Area Mural initiative. R2, which along with Concord Capital Partners acquired the Bankier Portfolio at the University of Illinois, is known for installing public art at their properties. The artists behind Alma were guided by both the reference to the Alma Mater and the word’s meaning in Spanish—soul.
