Given the prominence that Brazil has had over the past two weeks by playing host nation to the Olympics, it’s apparent that it one of the most vibrant and interesting countries in the world. What you may not know, however, is that Champaign’s own Columbia Street Roastery has their coffee beans hand-picked in Brazil, and has released a video showing the exact instance of the beginning of their journey to C-U.
