Because there’s never enough free candy for the children at Halloween, here’s another opportunity just in case. It is also another way to get some added mileage out of those costumes. The event will take place at the Ubben Basketball Complex from 3 to 5 p.m. on October 21st, and kids can trick or treat with the U of I Women’s Basketball team, do some crafts, have their faces painted, and it’s all free. Even the parking is free!
