I had a lunch meeting at Broadway Food Hall the other day, and ordered the egg and cheese sandwich on brioche ($3.75), which I had never tried before. It was fantastic. The eggs were lightly scrambled, the cheese was melty, and the brioche was perfectly soft. It was really quite satisfying.
Give it a try next time you’re visiting BFH.
