The Red Herring‘s Wednesday night vegan fusion dinners during the academic year are quite popular, and the restaurant is continuing a version of them through the summer.
The farm to table fusion dinners will still focus on a specific region or cuisine; tonight’s menu features Ethiopian food. Plates are $9 each, plus a little extra for appetizers or dessert.
