As a kick-off to spring, the Homer Lake Interpretive Center and Champaign County Audubon Society are teaming up to host the 10th Annual Bird Migration Festival on Saturday, May 12th. Learn about local birds, see them upclose, and experience local storyteller Kathleen Brinkmann. Additional activities include games, crafts, stories and more.
The schedule goes as follows:
· Main Event: 11 a.m.-4 p.m.
· Mist Netting Demonstration: 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
· Storyteller: 2-3 p.m.
