Two new eateries have opened up in Champaign: Szechuan China and Snow Meets Coffee.
Szechuan China occupies the former Layalina/Minneci’s at 401 South 1st Street (intersection of 1st and Springfield). The restaurant is open 11 a.m.-10 p.m. daily.
Snow Meets Coffee is located at 1 East Main Street, suite 108 (between Big Grove Tavern and Merry Ann’s). This ice cream shop/cafe serves shaved ice cream, coffee, and bubble tea, and is open Sunday through Thursday, 1-9 p.m., and Friday and Saturday, 1-11 p.m.
