A new Indian restaurant called The Himalayan Chimney will open up in the space formerly occupied by Nitaya Thai at 134 W Church St, Champaign. According to Facebook, the restaurant is “a local Indian Bistro serving a variety of delicious menu items ranging from the pristine Himalayas to the warm tropical south” and will offer cuisine from Northern and Southern India, and Nepal.
The Himalayan Chimney has not announced an opening date yet, but you can follow the restaurant on its Facebook page.
