A new furniture store is opening in Downtown Champaign at some point in the near future. Behemoth Durable Goods, the joint venture between Jim Standerfer (Lumbering Behemoth) and Kelly Hieronymus Whiting (Sunshine Design), will be opening a store in Downtown Champaign at 105 S. Walnut. Per their Facebook page, it will be home to “select furniture, textiles, lighting, art, decor, and wares for your beloved spaces. Plus, custom furniture and interior design services.”
