While it is tough to top Nick Offerman as the Commencement speaker, U of I has announced that Max Levchin has been snagged as this year’s speaker. Levchin is a highly recognizable U of I alum, he’s one of the co-founders of PayPal, and is involved in a variety of other high-profile tech companies.
This year’s commencement takes place on Saturday, May 12th at 9:30 a.m. at Memorial Stadium.
