Ladies, drink beer with other ladies on May 19th

Girls Pint Out is a national organization that helps connect beer drinking women:

Through social media, blog posts, and local events hosted by chapters, Girls Pint Out offers a forum for discussion, education, and fun. Events are educational, charitable, and/or social. The majority of events are women-only, but sometimes men are invited. There is no membership process – just join us for a pint!

There are chapters all over the US, and we have one right here in C-U. The next meet up is noon to 2 p.m. on Sunday, May 19th at Big Thorn Farm in Georgetown. If you’re looking to meet other women who have a shared intersted in craft beer, or you’re just looking to expand your beer palate and social circle, here’s your chance. It’s a doubly cool outing because Big Thorn is co-owned by Anna Schweig, a woman who, presumably, also likes craft beer.
