JSM is pleased to announce the execution of a lease with Fira Boutique to be located at Gregory Place East, 700 S. Gregory Street in Urbana. Fira will occupy 1,300 square feet on the first floor of the building next to J. Gumbo’s.
Fira is a unique and fashion forward woman’s boutique that offers clothing at affordable price points while providing a fun, relaxed shopping experience combined with a personal touch.
“Fira started out as a traveling boutique that specialized in sorority events and home parties,” stated Anna Anderson, owner of Fira Boutique
Fira has become a staple name in sorority houses on both the University of Illinois and Eastern Illinois campuses and throughout local communities across central Illinois. We’re excited for Fira to evolve into a storefront location on the University of Illinois campus.
“Gregory Place has seen tremendous retail interest in the past few months,” stated Jill Guth, director of commercial leasing/marketing for JSM. “Fira Boutique is another great addition to our tenant mix.”
Gregory Place will be the home of a second KoFusion location, with construction to begin in the immediate future.
