Here’s an opportunity for you to get some inside info on what goes on in the newsroom at Illinois Public Media; specifically how they decide which topics get coverage, and which do not. Co-hosted by Illinois Newsroom, it will feature a panel of investigative journalists from Illinois Public Media.
The event is called Ask the Editor: Decision-Making in the Newsroom, and will be held at the Champaign Public Library on Thursday, June 28th from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
