We’ve just gotten word from official sources (aka Hopscotch themselves) that Hopscotch: Bakery + Market — the brick-and-mortar expansion of Hopscotch — will have a soft opening on Wednesday, July 19th beginnging “around 10 a.m.” The new storefront is located at 802 W. John Street in Champaign.
