The Red Herring’s Wednesday night vegan fusion dinner is popular, and for good reason. It’s a fantastic way to support the restaurant, feed yourself, and try vegan versions of different cusines. Dinners are Wednesday nights from 5 to 7 p.m.; each plate is $10 (typically featuring an entree and two sides). The fall semester’s schedule is posted below.
