It’s almost time for the students to move in, and moving in means boxes. Lots and lots of boxes. To help with all of that cardboard that won’t fit in the typical recycling cart, Feed the Thing will be setting up some cardboard-only dumpsters throughout campus to ease the load and keep recyclables out of garbage dumpsters. It should be noted that these are for cardboard ONLY.
Here are the dates and locations for cardboard recycling:
August 17 – 26 ALL DAY
300 E. CHALMERS ST. (near corner of E. Chalmers St. & S. Third St.)
400 E. CHALMERS ST. (near corner of E. Chalmers St. & S. Fifth St.)
500 S. THIRD ST. (in front of 512 S. Third St.)
August 22 – 26 ALL DAY
100 E. CHALMERS ST. (near corner of E. Chalmers St. & S. First S)
900 S. FIRST ST. (in front of 908 S. First St.)
