Crudo Wine Bar has regular Thursday wine tastings, usually featuring a specific region. This Thursday’s event will be a bit different. It will be a launch party and presale for Orin Swift zinfandel Eight Years in the Desert, which you can read up on here. The wine will be released in October, so this will be a special opportunity to pre-buy — and it may be the only opportunity to do so from a downstate retailer. While you won’t be able to taste this particular wine, there will be tastings of the rest of the Orin Swift portfolio including:

The tasting will be capped at 30 attendees, and the tasting will be in a wine class format that begins at 6 p.m. sharp. For $20 you can taste four different wines, as well as enjoy some finger food and charcuterie.
