If you like ice cream and also music and helping the community, then be sure to check out this event on Saturday, June 29th.
Red Bicycle will be there with some yummy flavors, including vegan gelato, and while you indulge you can listen to the music of New Souls. There will also be card-making and face painting.
You can set yourself up for a nice little Saturday by stocking up at the Urbana Market, then heading over to the Co-op any time between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. for ice cream. Pay what you are able — all proceeds will be given to Eastern Illinois Foodbank with a goal of raising enough for 10,000 meals.
