One of the first projects that is part of Unit 4’s 2016 referendum has been completed, and will be ready for action at the end of the month.
Construction crews spent the summer working on Tommy Stewart Field at Centennial High School, and now it’s ready for football teams to play on it. There will be a grand opening on August 31st for the Centennial/Central game. Gates open at 6 p.m., there will be a ribbon cutting at 6:30, and kick-off will be at 7 p.m.
