Caribbean Grill’s food truck has been off the streets since last May, when Caribbean Grill’s restaurant space opened on South Neil in Champaign. All of that changes today, July 31st — you can find the CG food truck at Urbana’s lunchtime Food Truck Rally (Urbana Civic Center, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m). Moving forward, there are plans for the truck to be parked regularly in Downtown Urbana and for the jerk chicken burrito to be on the truck menu daily.
