Its resident ball of cheer and goodwill, Sophie (that lovely lady taking your order), will happily come into your home and cook you a doggone good meal. In order to take advantage of this fantastic perk, you must first achieve superior customer status by out-complimenting Sophie. Once you provide more compliments and accolades to her than she does to you, Sophie will abandon her post behind the counter to cook your order in the comfort of your own home. Don’t have the ingredients? No worries, friend. Sophie brings them along.
If that’s not good enough for you, or you just don’t have that kind of time, Sophie will hand deliver your order. You must follow the same rituals to achieve superior customer status, but can simply do it by phone. “When I achieved superior customer status, I was thrilled,” one diner said. “I was just so excited that Sophie delivered my food that I invited her in to share the meal, and she was happy to do so.”
