Since opening its doors in October last year, Lodgic Everyday Community has introduced some new concepts when it comes to work, fun, and community. Under the same roof, Lodgic offers innovative work/event spaces available for rent, pay-by-the-hour childcare, and two options for delicious meals: Clever Moose Market Cafe and the Everyday Kitchen.
We spoke with Everyday Kitchen executive chef Jared Bastion on how the simple, high-quality food, complimented with a stylish yet relaxed dining room and bar, have led to the success of the overall community. Open to the public, the restaurant often draws people into the rest of building to explore how Lodgic utilizes technology, design, and flexible service packages to meet the needs of modern professionals and families. Success at their flagship Champaign location has prompted Lodgic’s parent organization, Moose International, to announce the plan to open two new locations in Madison, WI and Louisville, KY.
