This is a follow-up from our announcement a few weeks ago. Smile Politely will publish civil union, wedding, engagement, anniversary (50+ years), and birth/adoption announcements for same-sex couples.
All announcements are free and we accept color or black-and-white photographs. They will be published every Sunday in the Queer Notions section under Culture.
Links to all forms are below. They are pdf files that you can edit, save, and email back to me. I’ve already gotten some great advice on streamlining and simplifying this process, but I want something to be available for those getting civil unions this week, so here we are.
Please understand that you do not have to use these specific forms. I’ll accept your announcements any way you’d like to word them. These are simply an outline from which to start.
